How to access CIMS portal?

The CIMS portal allows you to:  Access Association Documents, Community Calendar, Community Directory, and Application Forms  Access accounting history and print a billing statement  Make one time or recurring (AutoPay) payments  Submit and track status of inquiries such as maintenance requests, architectural applications, billing inquiries and general questions  Maintain contact information including your e-mail address and what shows in the homeowner directory Portal URL:  https://portal.commoninterest.com . To register for an account:  Locate Vantaca Account Number (see your recent billing statement)  Locate Portal Registration Key, if not known, the Key can be requested by clicking “I do not have a valid key”.  For any additional inquires  or help needed, you can contact CIMS

Who to contact?

To report an issue, submit a request, and etc should go through HOA management company, Common Interest (CIMS).  200 Linden Ave Google Groups is only a forum for residents to have internal discussions and are NOT monitored by HOA Board members or CIMS representatives.
