To report an issue, submit a request, and etc should go through HOA management company, Common Interest (CIMS). 

200 Linden Ave Google Groups is only a forum for residents to have internal discussions and are NOT monitored by HOA Board members or CIMS representatives. Please do not expect actions to be taken from the Google Group.
